Hesston, Kan. -   The Hesston Larks Softball Team took one game from Highland Community College on Tuesday afternoon, by the score of 3-2. Hesston was led by Freshman Emma Killingsworth who pitched a nine inning complete game and struck out eight Scottie batters. She earned her third win overall. This was her longest and most dominant outing on the season. Hesston baserunners stole five bases along with nine hits. Sophomores Madison Rosales and Sammy Fatka had two hits each.   

Turning Point

The Hesston defense held Highland in the top of the seventh inning to only one run, keeping the score tied despite multiple runners on base.
