Final 10 Minutes Prove To Be Costly Against Wolves

Hesston, KS -  Hesston College had a tough fight against the Wolves of Metropolitain- Blue River on Saturday afternoon falling three to two. Hesston controlled most of the game putting up nine shots as a team to go along with five of those on goal. Freshman Jordan Richer put the Larks on the board in the 61st minute and then Sophomore Gen Takahashi added an insurance goal in the 72nd. Hesston kept this lead until the last 10 minutes. The Wolves then scored all three goals in the span of nine minutes between the 80th and 89th minute marks.  The Larks will be back in action on Tuesday evening where they will be up against Spurgeon College at 7pm in Hesston, Kan: Sieber Field.
