Richer's Late Goal Helps Larks Leave Columbus With A Point

Columbus, NE - Hesston College Men's Soccer traveled to Columbus, Nebraska on Wednesday and came away with a hard fought 3-to-3 tie. Sophomore Gen Takahashi scored his seventh and eighth goals of the season to help the Larks climb out of a 2-0 halftime deficit. The Raiders took back the lead in the 82nd minute with a goal from Syrus Conolly. Hesston did not quit and punched in the equalizer by freshman Jordan Richer around the 88th minute for his 4th goal on the year.  The Larks leave Columbus with one point added to the standings and will host Neosho County Community College on homecoming weekend Sept 23rd at 7:30pm: Sieber Field.
