NORTH NEWTON, Kan. – The Hesston College cross country team made an impressive showing ath the Muthama-Rogers XC Invite hosted by Bethel College. The Larks finished sixth as a team out of 14 teams.

 Angelo Jenkins was the top finisher for Hesston finishing 14^th out of 84 with a time of 28:29.1 in the men's 8k race. Ethan Thompson was next for the Larks finishing 36^th, followed by Landon Lunsford in 42^nd, Jack Hunter in 48^th, Sebastian Pavlovich in 61^st, Trey LeBeau in 65^th, Ibuki Honda in 80^th, Jacob Graber in 82^nd and Gabriel Clark in 84^th.  Maddy Ralph finished 56^th out of 70 runners in the women's 5k.

The Larks will be back in action on October 5 as they travel to Chanute, Kan. for the NCCC Panther Invite hosted by Neosho County Community College.
