Brian Allen was named the head track and cross country coach at Hesston College in July 2023.

A native of Salina, Kan., Allen received his bachelor’s degree from Grace (Neb.) University before earning his master’s in divinity from Bethel (Minn.) University, leading to a career as a pastor. For 40 years, Allen has coached a variety of sports at the high school and college levels.

Allen is focused on building a culture in track and cross country at Hesston that honors God and provides athletes with a tremendously relational and competitive experience. 

Brian and his wife Carol reside in Hesston.
