Lauryn Farha is in her first full year as an assistant volleyball coach at Hesston College. A Wichita, Kansas native, she brings nine years of coaching experience and a strong playing background, including time as an outside hitter at Independence Community College and later as a defensive specialist/libero for the University of Houston women’s club team.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Houston and has also coached at Kansas Rise Volleyball Club, where her 16s team finished the 2023–24 season with a 68-26 record and ranked 38th out of 206 in the HOA region.

She is passionate about sharing her love for the game and helping athletes grow not only on the court but also as confident young women off the court. She’s excited to be part of the Larks program and looks forward to the season ahead.
