Michele Miller Sharp has embraced a dynamic and flexible career, adapting to frequent moves for her husband's work while always staying true to her passion for supporting others. Whether in the classroom, as an administrator or as a medical caregiver, Miller Sharp has continually found ways to make a positive impact. Her international experiences, from serving as a youth delegate at the Mennonite World Conference in Brazil to leading Anabaptist history tours in Europe, reflect her global perspective and dedication to service. 

Miller Sharp sees her greatest accomplishments in her personal life, raising three children who are passionate advocates for the underserved. At Hesston College, she is energized by the opportunity to support and equip the athletic staff and coaches as they mentor and guide young student-athletes. Influenced by role models like her mother, Dorothy Miller, Miller Sharp embraces each season of life with confidence and joy.
