The Larks faced off with the Bethel College JV squad tonight, and were defeated 4-1.  This loss brings their record to (5-7, 1-5) on the season, they now turn their attention to their conference match-up on Saturday, October 5 against Barton County Community College.  Baldo Moreno kept his scoring streak alive tonight as he added the first goal of the match in the 17th minute to put the Larks up 1-0.  Hesston wasn't able to hold off the Threshers after Baldo's goal as they scored four unanswered goals throughout the rest of the match to defeat the Larks.  Hesston is currently in fifth place in the KJCCC standings with four conference matches remaining.
