The Larks hope to carry their strong play and hot streak of nine straight sets won into their match-up on Wednesday, October 2 at 6:30 pm against Cloud County. They will be up for tough match-up as Cloud County is the 12th ranked team in the country. An upset would be big for the Larks, as they would continue their win streak and give them their first conference win of the season.

The Thunderbirds of Cloud County Community College are located in Concordia, KS, and are currently (14-3, 2-2) on the season. Cloud took the first match-up of the season against the Larks 3-0, but it was counted as non-conference match. The T-Birds are coached by Deb Monzon who is entering her 16th season as head coach.
