The Larks will head south for their conference match-up with Cowley County Community College on Wednesday, October 9 at 6:30 pm.  The Larks have been playing well as of late and want to continue to keep the strong play going as they take on a Cowley team that is currently ranked 4th in the nation.

The Tigers of Cowley County Community College are located in Arkansas City, Kansas and they are currently (24-2, 4-1) on the season.  They are currently ranked 4th in the nation and are riding a 21 game winning streak coming into their match with the Larks.  The Tigers rank 1st in the nation in both kills / set and assists / set.  They are coached by Steven Gream who is in his fourth season as head coach.

The Larks are hoping to end Cowley's streak and knock off a top ten team in the country.  They have been playing very strong over their last four matches, and want to carry that over to this match.  Hesston is currently still searching for their first conference win on the year and sit at (9-12, 0-5) overall on the season.  The Larks are coached by Casey Cole who is in her first season as head coach.
