Concordia, KS -

The Larks will travel to Concordia, KS for the Cloud County Triangular on Friday, September 13th at 5:00 & 7:00 pm.  In the Larks first match of the day, they will face the Bethany College JV who is (7-4) on the season, and in their second match of the day they will face Cloud County Community College who is (10-0) on the season.

The Swedes of Bethany College are located in Lindsborg, KS, and are affiliated with the NAIA.  The Swedes are coached by Brandi Stewart who is in her second season has the Swedes head coach.

Cloud County Notes

The Thunderbirds of Cloud County Community College are located in Concordia, KS, and are a part of the KJCCC.  The T-Birds are currently (2-0) in KJCCC play, but this match will be counted as a non-conference match with the Larks.  The T-Birds are coached by Deb Monzon who is entering her 16th season as head coach.

Hesston Notes

Hesston will look to improve their record as they currently sit at (5-7, 0-1) on the season.  The Larks are coached by Casey Cole, who is in her first season as head coach.  Coach had this to say about the weekend, "This weekend will be a great opportunity to not only see how we match up for when we play Cloud later in the season, but also showcase some of the things we have been working on.  We have had a tendency to start slow and end strong, so one of our goals is to start every set strong as well as finish strong".
