Women's Basketball Looks to Take Down Undefeated Highland

Hesston, KS -

The Larks will host Highland Community College this Wednesday, January 29 at 5:30 PM as they look to upset Highland CC and end their perfect record (16-0).  This will be the teams first match-up this season, as they will also play on February 15.  



Highland CC Notes

The Scotties of Highland Community College are located in Highland, Kansas and are currently (16-0, 2-0) on the season as they are ranked 3rd in the nation.  Highland defeated the Larks in both games last season (110-39 & 94-39).  The Scotties are coached by BJ Smith who is in his 9th season as head coach.

Hesston Notes

The Larks will look to add another win to their total as they go up against the #3 team in the nation.  Hesston is coming off a buzzer beating win over Sterling College JV last night, and wil look to bring that magic over to Yost Center tomorrow night.  They are coached by Jeff Jacobs who is in his 4th season as head coach.
