Harrison, Ark. -

The Larks will travel to Harrison, Arkansas for their first regular season tournament in program history.  They will play in a doubleheader on Friday afternoon, and on Saturday afternoon.  Hesston is currently 6-7 on the season and have lost four straight, they will look to end their streak this weekend.  


Rock Valley College Notes

The Golden Eagles of Rock Valley College are located in Rockford, IL and are currently 2-3 on the season and will face off with the Larks Friday afternoon at 1:00 PM.  Rock Valley went 38-17 last season, and made a trip to their conference tournament.  They hold a team batting average of .276, an on-base percentage of .348, and are averaging 4.6 runs per game.  The Golden Eagles are coached by Chad Herren who is in his 4th season as head coach.  


Western Tech College Notes

The Cavaliers of Western Tech College are located in La Crosse, WI and this will be their first game of the season when they face of with the Larks on Friday night at 6:00 PM.  They are coached by Josh Knoll who is in his 1st season as head coach.  


Moraine Valley Notes

The Cyclones of Moraine Valley Community College are located in Palos Hills, IL and are currently 1-1 on the season, they will face off in a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 1:00 PM.  They hold a team batting average of .212, an on-base percentage of .354, and are averaging 6 runs per game.  The Cyclones are coached by Hugh Dennehy who is in his 4th season as head coach. 


Hesston Notes 

The Larks will look to end their four game losing streak this weekend, and come back to Hesston winners of the North Arkansas Tournament.  They hold a team batting average of .258, an on-base percentage of .405, and are averaging 7.1 runs per game.  Hesston is coached by Tim Cole who is in his 2nd season as head coach.
