The Larks hosted Central CC last night as they looked to sweep their season series against the Raiders. Â
Hesston got on the board first in this match when
Ryusei Ogawa scored in the 14th minute after an assist by
Armando Ramirez as the Larks took the 1-0 lead. Â At the end of the first half the Larks led 1-0 over the Raiders. Â The Larks led 1-0 until the 77th minute when the Raiders got on the board on a PK attempt that barely got past the dive from goalieÂ
Aidan McGonagle, as the Raiders tied it up at 1-1.  At the end of regulation, the Larks and the Raiders were all tied up at 1-1 as they headed to a golden goal overtime.  After the overtime period the score remained tied 1-1 after the Larks had a few opportunities to win the match.  McGonagle finished the game with 10 saves as he continued his great season in the goal. Â
The Larks hold a season record of (5-5-2, 0-3) after this match, they will travel to Nebraska on Saturday to face off with Southeast CC.
