The Larks hosted Central CC last night as they looked to sweep their season series against the Raiders.  


Hesston got on the board first in this match when Ryusei Ogawa scored in the 14th minute after an assist by Armando Ramirez as the Larks took the 1-0 lead.  At the end of the first half the Larks led 1-0 over the Raiders.  The Larks led 1-0 until the 77th minute when the Raiders got on the board on a PK attempt that barely got past the dive from goalie Aidan McGonagle, as the Raiders tied it up at 1-1.  At the end of regulation, the Larks and the Raiders were all tied up at 1-1 as they headed to a golden goal overtime.  After the overtime period the score remained tied 1-1 after the Larks had a few opportunities to win the match.  McGonagle finished the game with 10 saves as he continued his great season in the goal.  

The Larks hold a season record of (5-5-2, 0-3) after this match, they will travel to Nebraska on Saturday to face off with Southeast CC.
