Volleyball will be traveling to Concordia, Kansas this evening to face-off with Cloud County for their seventh conference match of the season.  


PREVIOUS MATCH

The Larks will look to bounce back as they were defeated 3-1 (26-24, 26-28, 12-25,22-25) against Labette CC.  They were led in digs by Taylor Thompson as she finished with a career high 30 digs.  Jessica Wilson led the Larks in kills during this match as she finished with 15 kills.  


ABOUT THE LARKS

Hesston is currently (0-8, 0-6) on the season and are searching for their first victory of the season.  Their losing streak is currently at nine games, dating back to last season. The Larks are led in kills per set by Tannah Tilley as she is averaging 2.85 k/s, and they are led in digs per set by McKayla Long as she is averaging 3.58 d/s.  Alexis Zehr leads the Larks in assists per set as she is averaging 4.12 a/s.  


ABOUT THE THUNDERBIRDS

The Thunderbirds are currently (2-4, 2-4) on the season and have dropped their last three matches.  This will be their first of two matches versus the Larks this season.  They are coached by Deb Monzon who is in her third season as head coach, and is in her second stint with the team.
