Baseball will travel to Iola, Kansas today for a DH versus Allen County CC beginning at 1:00 PM.  The Larks will look to add a pair of wins this afternoon, before coming back home for their home opener.


ABOUT THE LARKS 

Hesston is coming off of a huge win as they knocked off the #3 team in the nation, NOC-Tonkawa.  The Larks had a big showing from Kansuke Okada (Rs. Fr. Osaka, Japan) as he went 3 for 5 with 5 RBI's and a home run.  Eli Prine (Fr. Holton, Kan.) recorded the save versus NOC as he struck out two and allowed one hit.  Baseball is currently 1-1 on the season and will look toi improve their record today.  


ABOUT THE RED DEVILS 

Allen County will begin their season today verusus the Larks after their DH with Ottawa JV was cancelled yesterday.  They are coached by Clint Stoy who is in his seventh season as head coach of the Red Devils.
