The Larks took all three games from York College JV this weekend, as they won (12-1, 15-5,and 11-1).  These wins bring the Larks overall record to 6-5 on the season, and push their winning streak to three games.  


The story of the weekend for the Larks was getting on bases via walks or hit by pitches as they recorded 32 bases on balls, 15 hit by pitches, and 2 intentional walks.  In game three  of the series the Larks recorded an astonishing 14 walks!  The Larks did have great performances both batting and on the mound.  Jack Brinkley had a great series as he went 2-5 with 1 home run, 5 RBI, and reached bases via walk 8 times.  Eli Prine also had a great series in the box as he went 3-7 with 7 RBI and 5 walks, Prine also recorded 5 RBI in game two of the series.  Devin Catlin went 5 innings in game three of the series on the mound as he held York KV to just one earned run and finished with a career high 8 strikeouts!  Easton Unruh went 4 innings in game one of the series and finished with 7 strikeouts and zero earned runs.  


The Larks will begin preparing for their next game on Tuesday, March 2 as they travel to Alva, Okla. for a DH versus NWOSU beginning at 1:00 PM.
