The Larks hosted Allen CC in their home opener, and were unable to come away with a victory as the fell by a score of 7-1.  This loss brings their overall record to (1-2, 1-2) on the season, they will play again on Wednesday evening as they travel to Pratt CC for a conference match.  


The Larks were able to score their only goal of the match with just seconds remaining as Julia Seifert scored her first goal of the season and the first in a Lark uniform, the goal was assisted by Kara Longenecker.  At the half, the score was tied at 1-1, as the Larks looked to come away with a win in the second half.  They were unable to do much in the second half as they allowed six goals, and ended up falling by a score of 7-1.  Bethany Masters got the start in the net for the Larks and finished with nine saves and allowed nine goals on the night.
