The Larks traveled to Coulumbus, Nebraska yesterday afternoon in a win or go home match up with Central CC. They were unable to come away with a victory as they fell 2-0, they end their season with a (1-7, 1-7) record. The Larks were able to get five shots on goal, but were unable to get any past the goalkeeper, including two from
Kirah Stepps, one from
Den Morita, one from
Aydan Everett, and one from
Kara Longenecker.
Bethany Masters got the start in the net for the Larks as she allowed two goals and finished with seven saves.
On the season the Larks finished with four goals in their eight games.
Bethany Masters led the team in saves as she finished with 51, and had one shutout on the season. Kara Lonegnecker,
Kirah Stepps,
Aydan Everett, and
Julia Seifert all scored goals this season. The Larks will look to improve their record next season as they will begin practice again in August.
