The Larks traveled to Highland CC yesterday for their conference match up with the Scotties, as they looked to get back towards the top of the standings.  


Hesston was able to get on the board first when Kara Longenecker scored in the 15th minute as the Larks took a 1-0 lead.  They held the lead going into the half, Katie Robeck recorded 3 saves.  In the 49th minute, Highland tied the game up as they got their shot past goal keeper Katie Robeck to make the score 1-1.  In the 73rd minute, Highland would take the 2-1 lead after another goal, they would go on to take the match by a score of 2-1.  

Hesston drops their season record to (1-8-1, 1-2), they will be back in action on Saturday as they travel to Allen CC for their next conference match. The Larks will look to climb up the standings with a win as they currently sit in 4th place.
