Men's Soccer traveled up to Overland Park, Kansas for a match-up with Johnson County, this game was slated to be played in Hesston but was moved due to rain. Â
Johnson County got on the board first in the 4th minute after a goal got past goal keeper
Aidan McGonagle, to give JCCC a 1-0 lead. Â That lead didn't last long as the Larks got on the board in the 9th minute when
Armando Ramirez scored to allow the Larks to tie the game up at 1-1. Â The Larks would go into the half trailing Johnson County 3-1 as the Larks gave up two goals late in the half. Â
The Cavs would start off the second half by adding two more goals to take a 5-1 lead over the Larks.  In the 57th minute, the Larks would add their second goal of the game when Ramirez kocked in his second goal of the game as the Larks trailed 5-2.  Hesston would go on to fall 8-2 after full time, this loss brings the Larks overall record to (5-4-1, 2-2) on the season.  They will be back in action on Saturday evening when they host Pratt CC for the KJCCC match at 7:30 PM.
