Women's Soccer faced off with KWU JV yesterday evening at Sieber Field as they looked to end their four game losing streak this season.  
In the first half the Larks were only able to get one shot on goal and that came within the first 20 seconds of the opening kick when 
Torrance Gonzalez got past the defenders and fired a shot at the keeper that was barely saved.  KWU got on the board first at the 4 minute mark when they got a shot pasted 
Katie Robeck to give them a 1-0 lead.  Robeck was able to stop all shots that came her way for the rest of the first half as the Larks trailed 1-0.  
In the second half, the Larks were unable to get the ball in the net as they could only get one shot on goal by 
Jasmin Ventura.  KWU would go on to add two more goals in the second half as they took the 3-0 victory over the Larks.  Robeck finished with 17 saves, which is a career high for her and her brings her season total up to 50 saves.  The Larks currently hold a season record of (0-5, 0-0), they will be back in action Saturday afternoon as they travel to Dallas, TX for a non-conference match with Dallas Christian College.  Hesston will not play on Wednesday evening versus Bethany College JV after the game was canceled this morning.
