Hesston, KS -  The Larks' Women were able to hold on after a strong first half for a 77-69 victory over Sterling College JV on Wednesday evening. Freshman Ashlyn Baker was dominant on the offensive end scoring 25 points while Sophomore Loribeth Miller and Freshman Kylee Ohman each chipped in 10 points of their own. Hesston yet again were able to rely on a big output from the bench who put together 25pts. The Larks defense forced 16 turnovers and had 9 steals on the night as well. Despite a poor shooting night as a team, there were multiple critical situations in the last five minutes of the game where the offense stepped up and made their free throws to put the Warriors away for good.

Hesston started the game with a 46 point 1st half. This was enough for the Larks to hold on at the end to get the win.
