Hesston, KS - The Hesston Larks won their season opener last night over the McPherson College Bulldogs JV 99-47. The Larks had four players in double figures along with two eight assist nights from sophomores David Duncan and Tahj Burrows. Hesston led from the start, controlling all aspects of the game. The size from freshman Quez Wright and Rob Gambill proved crushing in the paint. The two of them were able to combine for 12 points, 7 rebounds, 5 blocks and 4 steals. David Duncan produced three highlight drunks of his own, on the way to a team high 15 points for Hesston.

Turning Point

From tip off the Larks took control of this game scoring 51 points in the first half alone with sophomore Hunter Hickman connecting on three 3 pointers early.
