Independence, MO - The Hesston College Men's Soccer Team were in their first regular season action of the 2022 Fall Season vs. MCC - Blue River. The Larks were able to get on the board quickly thanks to a goal by Sophomore Ryusei Ogawa and later added insurance thanks to Freshman Samuel Musungaie to give Hesston the win 2-0. Coach Gaskell has this to say about the win. "It was great to open the season up with a win on the road. It was also nice to see our freshmen making an early impact on the season." " With Samuel's goal and assist as well as Gonzalez keeping a clean sheet on the day." Up Next The Larks will travel 27 miles north to battle Tabor College on Wednesday as they will look to improve on their 1-0 start to the season.
