Hesston, Kan. -  The Hesston College Larks upset the #2 KJCCC ranked Blue Devils of Kansas City 91-79. The Larks were led by four starters in double digit scoring. Freshman Quez Wright led all scorers with 22 points and 15 rebounds. Sophomore David Duncan put in 19 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists and five steals. The Larks were down by seven at halftime and made the offensive adjustments they needed, hitting six 3-pointers in the second half to pull away. The Blue Devils were hindered by four second half technicals allowing the Larks to make seven of eight free throws in the process. Their leading scorer was Jaylon Moses who chipped in 16 points and nine rebounds. This win gives Hesston their tenth overall, and they will look to build on this momentum as they travel to Overland Park, Kan. on Saturday to meet the Cavaliers of Johnson County tied for #2 in the KJCCC.
