Hesston, Kan - The Hesston College Men's Basketball Team won a three overtime thriller on Wednesday evening against the Allen Community College Red Devils 116-113. The Larks were led by Sophomore Quez Wright who had a career high 28 points and 18 rebounds. Sophomore Luke McGninis had a great game withĀ 26 points and 11 rebounds as well as sophomore Montreal Myles who had a career high 23 points and 12 rebounds. The Larks scored their highest point total in the Coach Hiebert era and they had six double digit scorers. The Red Devils leaders were Randy Crosby with 25 points and Dante Jackson with 24. With this win the Larks are now in 2nd place in the KJCCC and have six more matchups left before the playoffs.Ā

The all-time matchup sits at 3-8 in favor of Allen, but Hesston sweeps this season 2-0. The Larks will be back in action on Saturday at Ft. Scott on Feb 10th at 4pm.
