HESSTON, Kan. - The Hesston College men's soccer team earned a 1–0 win over Tabor College on Thursday night in Hesston. Alexander Radu scored the game's only goal in the 41st minute on a penalty kick to put the Larks ahead. Hesston stayed on the attack with 14 shots, including three each from Isaias Noe Rodriguez and Santi Llanos, while Saul Pineda added another on target.
Harry Morris was strong in goal, making five saves — including a clutch stop on a penalty kick in the second half — to secure the shutout. The Larks matched Tabor with five corner kicks and played solid team defense to close out the win. Hesston improves to 8–6–1 on the season.
The Larks will play their next match on October 22 vs Ecclesia College at home.
