WICHITA, Kan. – The Hesston College track and field team competed at the Friends University Spring Open from April 2-4.

Jaylon Hatcher had a stellar day in the sprints taking first in the 200m dash with a time of 21.95s. He also qualified for the finals in the 100m dash and finished sixth with a PR time of 10.71s.

Nick Win set a new PR in the 200m dash running it in 25.19s. Justin Young also set a PR in the 400m dash with a time of 52.11s. Michelle Lewis set a new personal best in the 100m hurdles with a time of 15.95s.

The Larks will be back in action on Friday (Apr. 11) at the KT Woodman Classic hosted by Wichita State University.
