HOBBS, N.M. — The Hesston College men's golf team placed second at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships, finishing with a three-round score of +93.
The Larks showed consistency across the tournament, posting rounds of +30, +31 and +32 to secure the runner-up finish.
Kory Meireis (Fr., Kingman, Kan.) led Hesston with a +19 overall score, finishing fifth and earning All-Conference First Team honors. Liam Leikeryd (Fr., Gothenburg, Sweden) followed with an eighth-place finish at +21, while Max Laser Edin (Fr., Stockholm, Sweden) placed ninth at +22.
Vilde Dahlberg (Fr., Växjö, Sweden) rounded out the top performers for the Larks with a 15th-place finish at +32.
Hesston's strong showing capped off a competitive season, highlighted by multiple top finishes and an All-Conference selection.
