Kassidy Roberts started her first full season as head volleyball coach at Hesston College in 2022. After inheriting the program at a young age, she has been focused on building a healthy team culture and increasing recruiting efforts.

Kassidy came to Hesston in 2021 as an assistant coach and was named interim head coach later that season. Pflughoeft is a native of Claflin, Kan., and she earned an associate degree at Barton County Community College where she played for two years. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Fort Hays State (Kan.) University in 2024.

Kassidy lives in Wichita with her fiancé Earnest Roberts and her bonus kids Brylee and Ethan.
