Hutchinson/Hesston, KS -

The Larks have a big week ahead of them as they have an opportunity to add three wins to their season total.  They currently sit at 3-4 on the season and could possibly be 6-4 at the end of this week.  Hesston is coming off of two closely played games, and will look to continue their great play into their games this week.  They are set to match-up with Hutchinson CC on Tuesday, Southwestern College JV Grey on Thursday, and Ottawa University JV Gold on Saturday.  


Hutchinson CC Notes

The Blue Dragons of Hutchinson Community College are located in Hutchinson, Kansas and are currently 7-0 on the season.  They defeated the Larks in their only match-up last by a score of 103-83 and have defeated them in their last five match-ups.  Hutchinson is coached by Steve Eck who is in his 11th season as head coach.

Southwestern JV Grey Notes

The Moundbuilders of Southwestern College are located in Winfield, Kansas and are currently 0-4 on the season.  They are coming off a 115-81 loss on November 11 against Pratt Community College.  The Moundbuilders are coached by Jimmy McSorley who is in his 1st season as head coach of the JV team.



Ottawa JV Gold Notes

The Braves of Ottawa University are located in Ottawa, Kansas and are currently 1-6 on the season and have lost six straight coming into their game with the Larks.  The Braves have fell to the Larks in their last three games.  Ottawa is coached by Ron Keller who is in his 1st season as head coach of the JV team.



Hesston Notes

The Larks are currently 3-4 on the season and will look to knock off an undefeated team and take care of business against to JV teams from the KCAC.  They are coming off a close lose to Redlands CC by a score of 84-82, and had outstanding play all around despite the loss.  Hesston will look to bring that hot play over to their games this week.  They are coached by Dustin Galyon who is in his 10th season as head coach.
