Box Score Hesston, KS - 

The Larks are getting hot at the right time, as they secured their second conference win of the season defeating Pratt CC 3-2 tonight.  This win brings Hesston's overall record to (3-5, 2-4) on the season.  Pratt scored the first goal of the match when Britney Bayer scored in the 8th minute.  The Larks were up to the challenge, in the 37th minute Jennifer Rodriguez went by the defense and slipped the ball past the goal keeper to even up the score 1-1.  In the 48th minute, Jennifer Rodriguez added her second goal of the game when Annalys Hanna made a outstanding pass through the defenders to set up the goal.  Annalys Hanna got in on the action, when she scored a header in the 59th minute to bring the score to 3-1.  Pratt would add their second goal in the 66th minute by Ashlyn Routledge to make it 3-2.  Neither team was able to get a good opportunity to score for the rest of the match, as the the final ended in a 3-2 victory for the Larks.  Hesston will be back in action on the road on Saturday, September 28th at 2:00 pm against Cloud County Community College.
