Men's Basketball Looks to Bring Streak into 2020

Hesston, KS -

The Larks will look to continue their six game win streak as they open the new year and decade off with a home game versus Central Christian College on January 15 at 7:30 PM inside Yost Gymnasium.  Hesston will have two more games until they begin conference play on the road against KCK.  


Central Christian Notes

The Tigers of Central Christian are located in McPherson, Kansas and are affiliated with the NAIA.  The Tigers are currently 2-4 on the season and will be taking on the Larks for the second time this season.  They were defeated on December 5 by a score of 70-51, were they saw themselves down by as much as 28 points during the game.  Central Christian is coached by Sam Maldonado who is in his 4th season as the JV head coach.  


Hesston Notes

The Larks will search for their seventh straight win and begin the new decade on the right note.  They are currently 9-5 on the season and will look to keep the streak alive until they begin conference play.  Hesston will look for another great shooting performance by Jacob Baker (So. Wichita, Kan.) as he currently leads the KJCCC in PPG with 19.3 PPG.  The Larks are coached by Dustin Galyon who is in his 10th season as head coach.
