The Larks traveled to Highland CC on Saturday afternoon for a match-up with the Scotties, and they would end up falling by a score of 120-45. This loss brings their record to (5-22, 1-7) on the season with just two games remaining in the regular season.

Hesston attempted to knock off a top ranked team in the conference on the road, but turnovers by the Larks allowed the Scotties to take over the game. The Larks committed 39 turnovers which would lead to 51 points off turnovers for Highland.Â
Sydney Bontrager (Fr. Milford, Neb.) continued to her dominance for her freshman campaign as she recorded her ninth double-double on the season, finishing with 16 points and 12 rebounds.Â
Destiny Kessay (Fr. McNary, Ariz.) added 12 points on 5-12 shooting from the field and had 3 assists which tied for the team high on the night. The Larks went just 2-11 from three point range, which is normally a big part in there offense. Â
