The Larks traveled to Highland, Kansas yesterday afternoon for a game with Highland CC, where the Larks would take the game down to the wire, but would fall 53-50.  This loss brings the Larks record to (4-8, 0-4) on the season and they have now lost five games in a row.  


The Larks and the Scotties battled it out the entire game as neither team was able to build much of a lead, but the Scotties were able to sneak away with a close win against the Larks 53-50.  Hesston saw another big game for Destiny Kessay as she had 16 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists on the night on 6-18 shooting from the field.  Sydney Bontrager almost recorded a triple-double as she finished with 13 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 blocks.  Sydney has recorded 7 blocks in back-to-back games as she has also tied a career high for blocks.  Aydan Everett set a career high in rebounds as she pulled down 7 boards and added 6 points as well.  


Hesston will be back in action on Wednesday at 5:00 PM inside Yost Center for their KJCCC matchup with Labette CC.  This game will allow 25% fan capacity, and will also be live streamed, you can find the live stream on our website.
