The Larks hosted #3 Johnson County on Saturday afternoon inside Yost Center where they fell 65-28. Â This loss brings their record to (4-6, 0-2) on the season. Â They will host Fort Scott CC on Wednesday night inside Yost Center as they look for their first conference win. Â
Hesston played very well in the first quarter as they trail just 19-15 to the Cavs going into the second quarter. Â The Larks would end up being held to just 13 points over the next three quarters as they would go on to fall 65-28. Â They were led in scoring by
Destiny Kessay as she finished with 10 points on 4-14 shooting from the field. Â
Sydney Bontrager led the Larks in rebounds as she had 15, and added 8 points as well as 5 blocks. Â
