Larks Fall to Johnson CC at Home

The Larks hosted #3 Johnson County on Saturday afternoon inside Yost Center where they fell 65-28.  This loss brings their record to (4-6, 0-2) on the season.  They will host Fort Scott CC on Wednesday night inside Yost Center as they look for their first conference win.  


Hesston played very well in the first quarter as they trail just 19-15 to the Cavs going into the second quarter.  The Larks would end up being held to just 13 points over the next three quarters as they would go on to fall 65-28.  They were led in scoring by Destiny Kessay as she finished with 10 points on 4-14 shooting from the field.  Sydney Bontrager led the Larks in rebounds as she had 15, and added 8 points as well as 5 blocks.  


The Larks will host Fort Scott CC inside Yost Center on Wednesday evening beginning at 5:00 PM.  Yost Center will be allowing 25% capacity of fans inside, to reserve your ticket email AD Bryan Kehr.  The game will be live streamed and you can find the link HERE.
