Hesston, Kan - The Hesston Women's Basketball Team won their second game of the week defeating the McPherson College Bulldogs 53-39 on Saturday afternoon. Sophomore Norika Welch led the Larks with 15 points and eight rebounds. Sophomore Kelsey Koza and Freshman Haley Kangas each chipped in eight points of their own. The Hesston defense forced 26 bulldog turnovers, 16 of those were by way of steals. With this win the Larks improved to 11-1 all time against McPherson. 

Turning Point

The Larks had an eight point lead at halftime and never looked back. They held the Bulldogs to six points in the 3rd quarter.
