Union, MO. -   The Hesston Larks led by a dominant pitching performance from Brody Burnette are headed to the Region 16 Championship Game after defeating Moberly Area 7-1. The Larks were able to build a six run lead early in the first inning, knocking out the Greyhounds starting pitcher early. Sophomores Cade Irwin, Ren Yokoyama, and Jovan Suarez paced the offense with two hits each. Hesston will face NCMC in the Championship Game Sunday at 11 a.m.. David Lambert will take the mound, he has a 3.19 ERA on the season in 31 innings pitched.
