HESSTON, Kan. – The Hesston College women's soccer team fell to Highland Community College 2-0 on Wednesday (October 16).

The first goal of the contest didn't come until late in the first half on a fast break for Highland.  The Scotties secure the victory with another goal midway through the second half. Despite Hesston's efforts, they were unable to convert offensively. The team registered five shots in total, three of which were on target, but Highland's defense and goalkeeper held firm. Hesston's goalkeeper, Ashleigh Williams, made three saves during the match.
