CHANUTE, Kan. – The Hesston College men's cross country team competed in the NCCC Panther Invite 8k Race hosted by Neosho County Community College on Friday (Oct. 4). The Larks finished fourth as a team in the five-team field.

Angelo Jenkins led the way finishing eighth out of 36 runners with a time of 29:18.32 averaging a 5:53.8 mile.  Ethan Thompson and Landon Lunsford also finished in the top 20 posting times of 30:56.02 and 31:34.90 respectively.

The Larks will compete in the Region 6/KJCCC Championships on October 25 in Arkansas City, Kan. for a trip to the national meet.
