HESSTON, Kan. – The Hesston College women's basketball team fell to the Kansas Wesleyan JV 91-42 on Monday (November 25).
Brittany Cato led the Larks with 12 points and Akiva Brown contributed eight points and eight rebounds.
Despite the loss, Hesston displayed resilience, grabbing 42 rebounds. However, turnovers and shooting struggles hindered their efforts, as the team shot just 21.9% from the field.
The Larks will take a break for the holidays before taking the court against the University of Saint Mary's JV in Leavenworth on Friday (December 6) at 7:30 p.m.
