BEATRICE, Neb. – The Hesston College women's soccer team recorded a 4-0 shutout victory over Southeast Community College on Wednesday (September 11). The Larks were led by freshman Rena Itoga, who scored three times in the contest including her first collegiate goal.
Itoga scored the Larks' first three goals, all of which were in the first half. Her first two goals were unassisted and her third goal came off of a free kick. The Larks final goal came courtesy of Kristyn Oliver, her fourth goal in as many games, in the 50th minute.
Hesston outshot Southeast 10-5 and put five of those shots on target. Ashleigh Williams recorded one save in the contest.
