9/23 Super Smash Bros. Ultimate vs Emporia State University
The Hesston College Larks swept Emporia State 2–0 in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on September 23, dominating with 24 knockouts to 9. Dom De La Rosa led game one with 9 KOs in a 12–5 win, with support from Drew Harrison (3 KOs) and Ren Sparks, while Grant Buckley played clean with no falls. In game two, Sparks took over with 10 KOs in a 12–4 finish, as Tana Hayworth and De La Rosa added key eliminations to secure the sweep.
9/24 Rocket League vs University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy-St. Louis
The Hesston College Larks dropped a 4–0 Rocket League series to UHSP–St. Louis but put together some strong individual performances. Ethan Connelly finished with 7 saves and added a goal in game two, while Nick Weisgram highlighted the offense with a hat trick and 3 saves in the 5–4 nail-biter. Robert Deibert anchored the defense with 11 saves across the series and chipped in a goal and 3 saves in the finale.
9/25 League of Legends vs Midland University
The Hesston College Larks fell to Midland University in a two-game League of Legends series but had strong individual performances. In game one, Midland rolled to a 27–5 win despite Josh Hylton picking up 3 kills on Mordekaiser. The Larks bounced back with more fight in game two, finishing with 8 kills and 10 assists. Hylton again led the way on Ivern with a 5/6/3 stat line and over 14,000 damage, while Bacon Dao added a steady 2/3/3 on Ornn. Midland's stronger team damage and gold advantage ultimately sealed the 2–0 series.
