The Continental Athletic Conference (CAC) announced their 2025 all-conference volleyball teams on Thursday (Nov. 13) and two Larks were among the ranks as Lydia Foster and Kadence Taylor each earned second-team all-conference honors. Foster and Taylor helped the Larks to a 9-13 record, their best record since 2019, in Hesston's first season as an NAIA institution.
Foster, a freshman from Copan, Okla., was an essential part of the Larks attack this season appearing in all 22 matches while starting in 19 while leading the team in hitting percentage (.308) and ranking second in kills (160). Her season hitting percentage ranks fourth all-time in program history. She also led the team in all blocking categories with 10 solo blocks, 29 black assists and 39 total blocks.
Taylor, a freshman from Killeen, Texas, served as the libero for the Larks for most of the season and was played a major role in keeping the Larks in tight games. She led the team in digs (373) and digs per set (4.91) while posting a .945 receiving percentage. Her season digs per set average ranks third all-time in program history while her total digs just missed the top-10 mark.
