COLBY, Kan. – Two Hesston College softball players have earned KJCCC DII All-Conference honors for the 2025 season as announced by the conference office on May 7. Carly Lee was named to the All-KJCCC second team as a utility player and Alysha Kendrick earned an honorable mention nod as an infielder.
Lee, a sophomore from Rose Hill, Kan., was a true utility player for the Larks this season making starts in the outfield and the infield while serving as the lead off hitter for the majority of the year. Carly posted a .414 batting average and a .442 on-base percentage while tying for the team lead in hits (41) and leading the team in runs (29) and stolen bases (9). She was also solid on defense with a team leading 66 putouts.
Kendrick, a freshman from Beaumont, Calif., made starts all over the infield for Hesston this season and served as the Larks' power hitter. She led the team in batting average (.466), OPS (1.268), slugging percentage (.739), hits (41), doubles (15), home runs (3) and RBI (29).
